Engineering Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineering lead to oversee and lead our technology division. This is a strategic leadership role that involves defining the technology roadmap, overseeing platform development, ensuring security, and driving innovative solutions to support our business goals.

Responsibilities:

-Define the technical vision for BTST’s platform and align it with business goals.
-Develop and execute a scalable and cost-effective technology strategy to support rapid growth.
Platform Development & Architecture:
-Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of BTST’s trading and investment platform.
-Ensure the platform complies with relevant regulations and adheres to industry-standard security protocols.

Requirements:

-Graduate from tier 1 college only (IITs) and experience of atleast 2+ years.
-Proficient in multiple programming languages and technology stacks relevant to the role (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js).
-Experience with AI/ML and data science applications.
-Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern development tools.
-Hands on with coding. We are looking for someone who can execute product roadmap with interns.
-Passionate about tech and entreprenurship

Note: We are offering equity for this role only as of now. Once we start making revenue, we will add salary component as well. Initially we are ready to accept applications from part-time applicant who can transition to full-time in near future. This means that you can continue with your current job but at the same time can dedicate 3-6 hours per day. (Please do not apply if you are not serious and just want to experience entreprenuership).
