Job Overview:
As a Lead Solutions Engineer you'll play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our products and engineering organization. You'll build and guide a team of engineers while actively contributing to the architecture, design, and development of innovative, data-driven solutions with AI components. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in solving some of our most challenging engineering problems and driving innovation across the company. You will work closely with product management and senior leadership to align technical efforts with business goals, ensuring scalability, performance, and future-proofing of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of various Data Driven AI features ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering and data science team capable of 10x productivity and output compared to industry standards.
• Mentor and coach engineers at all levels to foster growth and professional development.
• Establish best practices, coding standards, and processes to improve productivity and quality across the engineering team.
• Work closely with DevOps to ensure continuous integration and deployment processes are optimized.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, ensuring that the company remains on the cutting edge of industry standards.
• Contribute code to critical projects while ensuring that all contributions meet the highest standards of quality and maintainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.E/ B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech) in Computer Science/ Engineering or experience in related field with a track record of building complex technical products.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• 5+ years of experience of working in Technology startups at a Technical Lead Position track record of successfully taking products from idea to market launch in previous roles.
• Full-stack experience with deep expertise in at least one programming React, JavaScript, Python, Spark (PySpark), and Scala and familiarity with multiple others.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL Databases including but not limited to MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
• High level proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and modern development practices (CI/CD, containerization, microservices).
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex issues into manageable components.
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with machine learning, AI, or other cutting-edge technologies relevant to our product domain.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio of side projects demonstrating initiative and creativity.
• Experience with lean startup methodologies and data-driven product development.
• Background in mentoring and growing engineering talent in resource-constrained environments.
