Engineering Manager

What We are looking For
Bimaplan is looking for a rcokstar full stack engineer with significant experience in the Javascript
stack (Node.js and React). You'll work directly with the Director of Engineering, and have the
opportunity to build large scale applications from scratch. This is an incredible opportunity to

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the design, development, quality, and delivery of initiatives for your team.
• Collaborate with the product and business team to be on top of your deliverables
• Timely delivery of high quality, maintainable and operationally excellent code and architecture.
• Help and mentor direct reports to achieve the team and company goals
• Research and identify emerging technologies to define long-term engineering initiatives
• Participate in the recruitment process and work with your manager on staffing plans for the team

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in leading tech teams at start-ups or mid-sized companies •
• 6+ years of experience in developing end-to-end highly scalable web and mobile
• applications
• • Demonstrated ability to manage teams, deliver projects end to end from requirement to
• post deployment monitoring and operation support
• • Proficient in software engineering best practices, algorithms, OOPS, design patterns •
• Experience in working with NodeJS, ReactJs, AWS and developing REST APIs • Demonstrated
• ability to share knowledge via formal mentoring, reviewing code, reviewing and contributing
• to system design
• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required
