About this role:
We are hiring for a Customer Support / Customer Success role. This role includes traditional customer support responsibilities (e.g. responding to customer and user support requests), and Customer Success responsibilities to help BetaTesting onboarding and retain great clients!
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Learning and becoming an expert on how our platform works
- Responding to chats / emails to provide instant support to our customers and testers
- Eventually becoming a direct customer contact and account manager
- Being a customer advocate and ensuring that we do everything we can to make customers happy
- Providing support in the entire customer journey (e.g. participating in sales calls, onboarding, and ongoing support with day-to-day testing)
What we're looking for:
- Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients directly on video calls and via email
- Tech savvy
- Smart, think on your feet
- Interested in learning and improving
- Work on USA Central Time hours (9am - 5pm)
- Hard working, self managed and motivated
- We're open to hiring both full-time and part-time for this role
Experience required:
- Past experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. Account Manager, Customer Success, Customer Support), ideally with business professionals rather than consumers
- Ideally you're a college graduate
