Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Videographer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about capturing engaging visual content, with the technical expertise to produce high-quality videos for digital marketing and social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart and is skilled at shooting, editing, and producing a range of digital content from promotional videos to educational content and event highlights.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Filming
Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for social media, websites, and other digital channels.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging videos aligned with brand goals.
Set up and operate camera equipment, lighting, audio recording, and other technical equipment for optimal video quality.
Editing & Post-Production
Edit video footage with attention to detail, including adding music, voiceovers, transitions, and effects to create a polished final product.
Ensure all video content aligns with brand standards and is optimized for different social media platforms.
Content Strategy & Concept Development
Brainstorm and develop unique video concepts and storyboards in line with marketing objectives.
Research trending topics and new video styles on social platforms to keep content fresh and relevant.
Project Management
Coordinate video projects from conception through final delivery, managing timelines, deliverables, and production schedules.
Maintain an organized archive of all video projects, footage, and completed content.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor video performance across digital platforms and provide insights to optimize future content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to test and improve video performance based on audience engagement metrics.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a videographer, content creator, or similar role in digital marketing.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
Strong understanding of digital content formats and social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
Knowledge of lighting and sound design principles.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
