Overview
The Short-Form Video Content Creator will specialize in creating engaging and innovative short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc. This role requires a creative mindset, an understanding of current trends, and the ability to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing team to develop strategies that increase our online presence and engage with our community.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content that aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with trends on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, etc. to create viral and engaging content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video campaigns that support promotional activities and brand awareness.
• Analyze performance metrics to gauge content effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for future video projects.
• Manage and oversee the end-to-end video production process, from ideation to post-production, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages related to the video content.
• Continuously explore new creative techniques and tools to improve video quality and viewer engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creating short-form video content, with a portfolio of work to showcase.
• Excellent videography and editing skills, with proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific content requirements.
• Creative thinker with the ability to produce innovative and original ideas.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
