About the job:Are you passionate about enhancing employee experiences and driving positive change? We’re seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our People Services team. In this role, you’ll support and empower our team members while managing a broad range of People Operations responsibilities. You’ll help shape the employee experience, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations. If you're proactive, solutions-focused, and thrive in a dynamic, global environment, this role is for you.
In your day to day you will:
- Act as the primary contact for employee queries, providing clear guidance on People Operations policies, processes, and programs.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience, supporting employees throughout their journey.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders (HRBPs, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Legal) to maintain efficient and consistent processes, with a focus on France
- Identify and implement improvements in workflow efficiency, particularly in compliance-driven areas.
- Proactively refine and build processes, contributing fresh ideas to enhance ways of working.
- Stay updated on French employment laws and HR practices, serving as a subject matter expert.
- Oversee the visa and sponsorship processes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Support benefits administration, including health insurance, pensions, and other employee programs.
- Develop and apply standardized metrics to evaluate HR programs, using data to drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, with specific expertise in French labor law. Experience with other European countries, particularly the UK, is a plus.
- Proficient in HR systems like Workday or similar HRIS platforms, with a focus on automation and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing employee benefits, including health insurance, pensions, and local policy compliance.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a shared services or centralized People Operations environment with high query volumes.
- Knowledge of visa and immigration processes.
- Experience in optimizing HR workflows, with a track record of building and improving processes.
- Advanced level in both written and spoken French and English
