This is adult education for everyone. Courses and cognitive tune ups for everyone around the world: offline learning - including our signature Bootcamps - in the most inspiring locations; digital resources; a network of inspiring career coaches. Courses are Instructed by engaging coaches and industry
experts. They are interdisciplinary, joyful and social.

We are recruiting our first cohort of star Course Leaders and Career Coaches. This is sessional, lucrative (paid per course) and location is flexible, as long as course demand is strong where you are. You will undergo thorough training to align your delivery with Sunny Future’s format and mission.

Current priorities are prime career hubs - Amsterdam, Lisbon, London, Paris, Zurich - as well as sunny remote work hotspots (you name it).

About you:

• Able to conceptualize and deliver exec/Ivy level courses
• A career track record and thought leadership in your field
• Talent background and/or professional coaching experience a plus
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Passionate about knowledge sharing & generational exchange
• Aligned with our values: break cognitive silos, learn joyfully, peership
• Open minded, able to take nuanced perspectives on world issues
• Worldly, well traveled, and ideally fluent in multiple languages
