We are at an exciting phase. We have completed the prototype and currently in MVP development phase. We are gaining eyeballs consistently from our prospective partners for the bold vision we hold. Currently we are a team of 3 and looking to add 2 more members to it of which one is going to be a senior hire/cofounder.

Below is what is expected from you:

• Own one function independently i.e. tech development or marketing or operations
• Proactively think of ways to help Near Dekho realize its vision

Preferred Qualification

• 5+ years of work experience (not a must but good to have)
• Understanding of early-stage startups (0 to 1 and 1 to 10)
• Comfortable with dynamic nature of startups and thrive in it
• Financially stable (expect no salary for first 6 months)
• Hustlers and enthusiast with an ownership mindset
