  • Collaborate closely with web developers and engineers during CMS migration, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) on new components and ensuring consistent SEO best practices across all digital assets
  • Conduct regular audits and analysis of site health using tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Conductor, and BrightEdge
  • Develop and present SEO performance reports to stakeholders, using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Tableau
  • Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, continually seeking opportunities to enhance our digital strategy
  • Foster a culture of curiosity and data-driven decision-making within the team, encouraging innovative approaches to SEO challenges

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on technical SEO strategies and implementations
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Conductor, or BrightEdge
  • Experience with project management software (Jira or Wrike) to track progress and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with back-end headless CMS platforms and their SEO implications

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of simplifying complex SEO concepts for non-experts
  • A proactive and systematic approach to problem-solving and project management

Nice to Have:
