We're seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join our fast-paced startup. The ideal candidate will have both technical and business skills. They know how to run a small fast consumer software team.*

🎯 What You'll Be Doin'

• Prototype with customers. Visit ranches with our CEO to see customers react to prototypes. Become an expert on their needs. Hack out tiny prototypes on-site to delight customers and validate new features.
• Ship fast. Deliver a high-quality app in a fast-paced startup environment. Run tight sprints, with low scope creep and low slippage. Manage a well-groomed backlog with clear acceptance criteria. Be ready to predict delivery times.
• Drive priorities with data. Use key performance indicators (KPIs), analytics, and user feedback to adjust upcoming iterations. Make sure team priorities are backed by solid data.
• Mitigate risks. Identify risks in the product cycle and work to reduce them. Track the costs of development and keep costs within company goals.
• World-class communication skills. Run meetings with executives and engineers. Motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. Use your strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholders. Write persuasively about the product.

🛠 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of product management experience at tech companies
• Strong record of launching successful products
• Deep technical knowledge (coding skills / CS degree)
• Hardcode data querying skills (e.g. SQL dashboards, Mixpanel, etc)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience running an agile / scrum dev process
• Experience running user research and A/B testing

🌟 Nice-to-Haves

• UI/UX design skills
• AI expertise, especially computer vision
• Experience building for the farming industry and/or online marketplaces
