Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer (Part-Time)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a talented and driven Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our B2B SaaS product for the North American market. As a hands-on designer, you’ll play a crucial role in testing, iterating, and incorporating user feedback to create an outstanding user experience. Working closely with our Product Manager, you'll craft world-class products with a collaborative and iterative approach.

Responsibilities:

Design exceptional web and mobile applications.
Develop detailed prototypes and custom user scenarios.
Conduct usability research and competitive UI/UX analysis.
Continuously refine the design system to optimize product development.
Collaborate with the development team, providing solutions aligned with timelines and technical requirements.
Maintain design quality through thorough design reviews.
Manage multiple projects effectively, meeting deadlines and thriving under pressure.
Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of UI/UX design experience, particularly for web applications.
3+ years in B2B SaaS product design.
A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual design.
Expertise in usability research, with the ability to conduct independent studies.
Mastery of Figma, focusing on components, styles, and auto layouts; attention to composition and typography.
Advanced experience with Webflow or similar platforms.
Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Experience:

Startup experience is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with AI concepts is a strong plus.
Additional Requirements:

Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed during critical project milestones.
