Art Director - UI/UX Design

Position Overview

The Art Director - UI/UX Design will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering the overall visual language and user experience of our digital platforms. This position demands a visionary approach combined with hands-on expertise to ensure cohesive, innovative, and visually compelling designs across all digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be adept at blending creativity with strategic thinking, focusing on user-centered design, brand consistency, and intuitive functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing Teams to define design objectives, develop concepts, and execute user-friendly solutions that meet both business and user needs.
Establish and implement UI/UX strategies that align with brand goals, target audience preferences, and industry best practices.
Oversee the creation of visually compelling and cohesive digital assets, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
Utilize Photoshop to refine and enhance images, ensuring all digital assets maintain high-quality standards in alignment with the brand’s visual aesthetic.
Advocate for the user at every step, conducting regular UX research, user testing, and analytics review to continuously refine and optimize user interfaces.
Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms by creating and enforcing design guidelines and style standards.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design and incorporate these insights to elevate the user experience.

*Qualifications *

Education
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience
3-4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of work (digital and print)
Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills & experience.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.

Skills

Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro)
Experience with motion graphics
Working knowledge of Figma and ability to oversee web-based brand applications
Illustration skills
