About the Position:

As the Director of Intelligence, you will be the driving force behind the methodologies that power our product, shaping its analytical framework and ensuring its effectiveness in detecting and countering information operations. Your expertise will directly influence LetsData’s product strategy, from designing and refining analytical approaches to enhancing our detection capabilities, making a lasting impact on our mission to protect companies and governments from information operations.

Format: Full-time

Location: Remote, EMEA

While LetsData’s main hubs are in Kyiv, Lviv, and New York, we operate as a fully remote team. This means that you can work from anywhere, and we welcome applications from candidates based in the EMEA region. We believe in the power of diverse perspectives and understand that talent is not limited by geographical boundaries.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a proven track record with 3+ years of experience leading and managing analytical teams, as well as 5+ years of professional experience in this field.
• Is an accomplished professional who can develop analytical expertise and methodology.
• Is tech-savvy and possesses knowledge of data visualization tools and analytical platforms. Our ideal candidate has experience with different solutions in the space.
• Has previous experience working with governments/donors or enterprises.
• Can represent LetsData internationally and is proficient in Public Speaking.
• Has experience writing for media/analytical portals. Being a published author and recognized voice in the industry would be ideal for this position.
• Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities and fosters an inclusive and collaborative team environment.

What to Expect and Opportunities for Growth:

• Lead Analytical Production: Play a leading role in producing analytical products using cutting-edge technology, informing clients about critical developments in the information space. This includes analyzing data and extracting insights to drive informed decisions.
• Oversee Analytical Quality: Ensure the highest quality of analytical outputs by evaluating reports, alerts, and analyses. Maintain and improve quality control processes to uphold LetsData’s standards and meet client expectations.
• Methodological Innovation: Develop and refine methodologies for product R&D and daily analytical tasks. Implement advanced methodologies for LetsData technologies to counteract malign information influences effectively.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent LetsData at meetings with senior stakeholders, public events, and media appearances.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of analysts, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
