Job Description:

  • Ctruh Technologies is seeking a motivated, dynamic, and proactive Sales Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup environment and contribute directly to impactful sales and business development projects. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential clients and compile lists for outreach, providing crucial support for initial sales efforts.
  • Client Outreach: Execute outreach campaigns via emails, calls, and LinkedIn, aiming to schedule meetings and product demonstrations to showcase our innovative solutions.
  • Sales Support: Assist in preparing compelling sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials, enhancing client engagement and the overall sales process.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Help manage the CRM system by tracking interactions, updating client information, and monitoring pipeline progress to optimise relationship-building efforts.
  • Market Research: Research target industries and competitors, providing insights that drive sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Follow-up and Communication: Coordinate follow-up activities with prospects and existing clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and maintaining consistent communication.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze key sales metrics, delivering insights to the sales team on lead conversion and pipeline progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to brainstorm and develop innovative strategies to attract and retain clients, contributing to the company’s sales growth.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools for tracking and analyzing key metrics.
  • Strong interest in sales, client relationships, and business development, with excellent verbal and written communication skills,basic knowledge of CRM or sales platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability to changing priorities, and proactive engagement in projects within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
