Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced BI Developer with strong expertise in SQL and SSIS to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying Business Intelligence solutions to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse and BI solutions.
Build, implement, and optimize ETL processes using SSIS for data integration and transformation.
Develop SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures to extract, transform, and load data.
Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting and data analysis needs.
Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across BI solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI systems and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and optimization.
Hands-on experience with SSIS for ETL processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional BI tools or reporting platforms.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
