Recruiter - Insurance

We are seeking a dynamic** Insurance Agent Recruiter** to join our growing team in Noida. As an Insurance Agent Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting qualified insurance agents for our partner organizations. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by a results-oriented environment, enjoy building relationships, and have a keen interest in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Identify, source, and recruit qualified insurance agents through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the insurance industry.
• End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates.
• Building Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline of qualified insurance agents for future hiring needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and sales teams to understand recruitment needs and drive effective hiring strategies.
• Training and Development: Provide initial training and onboarding support to newly hired agents, ensuring they are set up for success.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
• Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with legal and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field. HR or Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of the insurance sector and its workforce needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficient in using recruitment platforms, social media, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
