🚀 About the RoleWe’re looking for a leader of our EMEA Solutions Engineering team who is passionate and has a deep understanding of the digital experience and analytics ecosystem. You and your team will be responsible for understanding potential customers’ technical needs and translating how our platform offerings could be a fit.
You will be proficient in the technical aspects of Quantum’s platforms, and will architect solutions for potential customers, along with technical value propositions to support them. You will also act as the technical liaison between Quantum’s current and potential customers and our customer success, product, product marketing and engineering teams as we improve and build new offerings. You will report to the Global VP of Solutions Engineering.
🔧 Responsibilities
- Hire, coach and drive an outstanding Sales Engineering team to deliver against assigned goals
- Drive and coach best practices in the technical sales methodology and processes
- Problem solve with your individual team members to drive successful results in sales engagements and POCs
💡 Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Solutions Engineering
- 1+ years experience with Solutions Engineering management
- Track record of recruiting, coaching and growing SE teams
- Experience of self-starting change management within the SE team
- You exhibit passion, persistence and integrity in all that you do
- 15%+ travel
