About the Role
The Director of Global HRIS, Benefits and Payroll oversees the strategic management and operation of the global HRIS, ADP Workforce Now, ensuring seamless integration of benefits and payroll functions across North America, Latin America and Europe (14 countries total / ~1200 person company). This role requires extensive knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, global payroll regulations, systems integrations, and benefits administration practices. **Essential Responsibilities*
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global HRIS strategy using ADP WFN aligned with business objectives, including system maintenance, implementations and enhancements.
- Lead the design and implementation of global benefits and payroll processes to ensure compliance with local regulations and consistency across regions.
System Administration:
- Oversee the configuration, data integrity, and security of ADP WFN, ensuring accurate employee data across all locations.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data quality, checks and reporting capabilities.
- Manage relationship with ADP, confirming service levels for optimal system functionality.
Global Payroll Management:
- Lead the execution of global payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payroll across 14 countries, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and deductions.
- Address complex payroll issues and ensure compliance with international laws.
- Monitor payroll costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Benefits Administration:
- Manage the relationships across benefits brokers
- Manage the design and administration of global benefits plans, considering cost and local market requirements and employee needs.
- Oversee benefits enrollment processes, communication strategies, and employee benefit inquiries.
- Analyze benefit utilization data to recommend benefit plan adjustments.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and implement HRIS reporting / dashboards to provide workforce insights and support decision-making.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement across the organization.
Team Management:
- Lead and develop a team of HRIS analysts, payroll specialists, and benefits administrators to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide training and support to employees on ADP WFN functionalities.
Experience
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field
- 10+ years of total experience
- 5 years working in ADP Workforce Now, including configuration, integrations, data management, and reporting capabilities
- 3+ years global leadership experience (North America, Latam, & Europe)
- 5 years of global benefits experience, including plan design, compliance and administration
- 5 years of global payroll processing, including knowledge of international tax laws and compliance requirements
- Strong project management skills to lead system efforts
- Able to gather and interpret data, as well as improve scalable HRIS processes
- Able to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite
- Able to adapt to varying workloads, changing priorities, and drive solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Multilingual capabilities preferred
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or other relevant certifications preferred

This is an exempt role. Our job titles for each posting may span across more than one job level. The estimated base salary for this role is between $130,000 and $185,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations. Compensation packages are based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, work experience, relevant trainings and certifications, business needs, market demands and specific geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
