About Frame
Frame is the first and only collaborative care model for fertility and family building, partnering with in-person care providers to provide the most comprehensive care and support to patients throughout the journey. Frame was inspired by the challenging fertility journey of its wife/husband co-founders and digital health experts, Jessica and Corey, who are dedicated to giving everyone the power to pursue parenthood confidently, and on their own terms. Founded in 2021, Frame has successfully established partnerships with some of the largest OBGYN and fertility clinic partners and raised funding from top venture capitalists in the space.
Role Description
As the Chief of Staff to the CEO/Co-Founder (Jessica), you will be her right-hand person and an amplifier for her. In particular, you will help her with external priorities such as sales, business development, fundraising and liaising with investors and advisors, and you will support her in connecting the dots between internal teams and leaders. The ideal candidate is a player + coach problem solver with a strategic mindset who also excels at managing the day-to-day needs of a fast-growing company. We’re an early stage company, so getting your hands dirty is to be expected and embraced.
This is a high exposure role, and you’ll become very familiar with life as a CEO / founder at a high growth, venture-backed company. It’s an amazing opportunity for people who may want to start their own thing one day or aim to be at the leadership table at a digital health / tech company. This experience, and the leadership team, especially the CEO, at Frame will help you learn and achieve those next steps. There is a ton of growth potential in this role, and the hope is that this person transitions from this role to a functional leadership role over ~1-2+ years.
Your Opportunity
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Serve as the right hand and stunt double to the CEO and partner with the leadership team to define, implement, and monitor the company’s strategic goals, especially in product and market expansion.
- Develop frameworks for analyzing growth opportunities, competitive landscape, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making.
Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values.
Business Development & Partnerships
Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership and collaboration opportunities with key stakeholders in the reproductive health ecosystem, including healthcare providers, clinics, and other partners.
Develop a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships to drive user acquisition, product integration, and revenue growth.
Negotiate and manage contracts and terms with external partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Operations & Program Management
Oversee and dig in on cross-functional initiatives that require coordination between teams, including product, engineering, operations, marketing, and customer success, ensuring timely and successful execution.
Act as a key liaison between the CEO and team leads, supporting communication, tracking project progress, and prioritizing activities.
Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for the executive team and board of directors on key initiatives, results, and strategic priorities.
Leadership & Team Development
Serve as the communications “link” across leaders and functions and support hiring, recruiting and/or other people functions as needed
Provide mentorship and guidance to emerging leaders across the company, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Facilitate effective communication and alignment across the company, promoting a shared vision and reinforcing company values.
