Role Overview

As Head of Affiliate Business Development, you'll spearhead our growth strategy by building and nurturing partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and other strategic partners across global markets. This role is crucial in expanding Paradex's reach and establishing us as the go-to decentralized exchange for traders worldwide.

What You'll do

  1. Strategic Partner Development and Growth
  • Build and manage relationships with top-tier KOLs, crypto influencers, local media and community leaders to drive user acquisition
  • Design and implement KOL and affiliate activation programs that drive user acquisition and engagement
  • Oversee the development of partnership-specific content and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, community, etc) to ensure the success of affiliate and strategic partner deals
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities through data-driven analysis and community insights
  • Track and optimize partnership performance using tools like Kaito.ai

    1. Team Leadership & Strategy
  • Build and lead a high-performing business development team focused on affiliate / KOL growth

  • Establish clear KPIs and success metrics

  • Provide strategic insights to leadership team based on market trends and partner feedback

Who you are what you'll bring

  • 5+ years of business development experience in crypto/DeFi, with a proven track record of building and managing Affiliate / KOL partnerships
  • Deep understanding of crypto influencer ecosystems and community dynamics
  • Strong existing relationships with crypto KOLs, media outlets, and community platforms
  • Experience in developing and executing partnership strategies that drive measurable growth
  • Data-driven approach to partnership evaluation and optimization
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build trust with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Previous experience leading and mentoring business development teams preferred
  • Passion for DeFi and a strong belief in decentralized trading
