We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in streamlining our sales processes, maximizing team efficiency, and ultimately driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for leading sales operations projects about lead-to-opportunity workflow. Managing and implementing sales tech tools The ideal candidate understands what makes a Sales team thrive, has a strong interest in data analysis to tell stories, and thrives in shaping narratives that are conducive to helping our Sales team be more efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of sales tech tools to increase sales efficiency. Evaluate, implement, and manage sales technology solutions (e.g., CRM systems)
  • Develop and deliver training programs to equip the sales team with the knowledge and skills to leverage these tools effectively
  • Identification of trends of issues, problems, and requests that may be symptoms of broader opportunities for improvements in processes, tools, or training
  • Author documentation for our standard operating procedures to be referenced by internal and external stakeholders
  • Interface with other teams, both within SalesOps (e.g. Salesforce.com & Sales Systems Administrators in Ireland & US, Sales Planning & Analysis in NY) and outside of SalesOps
  • Design, implement, and manage efficient and scalable sales processes, Conceptualize and pilot new programs to test the effectiveness
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to best practices and standardized procedures
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity
  • Translate business needs into systematic and automated solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Identify efficiencies and implement improvements to enhance the productivity and experience of sales teams

Skills and Experience

  • Graduate (10+ years)
  • 2+ years of prior experience managing a team of Support Agents & Support processes is required. This can be from managing external Customer Support teams/processes, but managing internal support teams, such as in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, IT, etc, would be preferred
  • Prior experience with writing Standard Operating Procedures documentation preferred
  • Works well with ambiguous questions/requirements and can work through the problem/request to get to a solution
  • Prior experience working with Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) a plus but not required, though would need to be learned. Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL is a plus if no prior experience with SOQL
  • Great communication and presentation skills (storytelling), Information flow and expectation mgmt. (upwards and downwards)
  • Lead the ideation for the team/org - process improvement/optimization and reengineering, Able to identify and map out the complex business processes spread across the teams
  • Building AI-driven/ready futuristic processes

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
