Influencer marketing manager

A seasoned Head of Influencer Marketing is seeking a campaign manager to support their freelance work.

With over 15 years in influencer marketing, they have led teams across wellness, fashion, and tech sectors—from scrappy startups to Fortune 500 companies.

You will work 1-on-1 with them on influencer campaigns, handling end-to-end campaign management and putting their playbooks into action 📈

Looking for someone with:

• Experience: 3-5 years in influencer marketing
• Passion: Genuine love for influencer marketing
• Growth Mindset: Eager to learn and receptive to feedback.
• Initiative: A self-starter who can think independently and act proactively.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for client and influencer interactions.
• Organisational skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.

• Flexible hours: Approx. 10 hours/week per client. Start with 1 client, with the option to take on more as things progress. Work asynchronously on your own schedule, with a weekly standup and occasional client meetings.
• Contract work: Already working full-time? No problem – this can be a flexible side gig.
• Autonomy: You’ll own the entire process, from research to outreach to reporting.
• Range of clients: Work with consumer brands across multiple industries.
• Rate: $25-35/hour based on experience
