The Sales Role

Hiring Immediately - As a full-time Sales Representative at PayHub, you’ll embark on a career path built on strong foundations in direct sales, relationship-building, and account management. This role emphasizes developing and maintaining long-term relationships with small business owners, helping them streamline their payment processing and reduce costs. You’ll receive comprehensive training in our products and learn to present PayHub’s solutions confidently, overcome challenges, and close deals that support small business growth.

The Responsibilities

  • Long-Term Relationship Building: Actively prospect local small business owners face-to-face and develop long-lasting client relationships that drive consistent sales growth
  • Solution-Based Selling: Present PayHub’s payment solutions to demonstrate clear benefits, savings, and the value of switching to a local provider
  • Client Retention and Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address questions, and identify additional service opportunities
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed on market trends and competitors to better understand clients' needs and tailor solutions effectively
  • Personal Sales Growth: Focus on building a pipeline of long-term clients that supports career development and high-earning potential

The Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to engage and connect with business owners
  • Self-driven and motivated, with the discipline to thrive in a door-to-door sales environment
  • Comfortable with rejection and able to maintain enthusiasm through the prospecting process
  • Passionate about helping local small businesses and building relationships within the community
  • Thoroughly enjoys meeting new people, staying connected, and generating conversation

  • The Compensation

  • $4,000 Sign-On Bonus to get started, paid in weekly increments over your first eight weeks

  • Earn Residual Income on every account you bring on board. As clients continue to use PayHub’s services, you receive a portion of their monthly processing revenue, creating a lasting and compounding income stream

  • Uncapped Earnings Potential — with no limits on commissions, the more businesses you bring on, the more you’ll earn over time.

  • Achieve Financial Growth Year After Year as you build a portfolio of satisfied clients. Average First-Year Earnings of $60,000. With each account, you’re adding to a reliable income base that grows monthly and rewards your ongoing client relationships. Top earners exceed $300,000 annually.

  • Other Incentives: In addition to residual income, we offer exciting bonuses and performance-based rewards for top-performing representatives.
