Position Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst intern to join our procurement AI startup. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, working closely with both stakeholders and development teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Document detailed product features and requirements for our procurement AI platform
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Create and maintain test scripts for quality assurance
• Analyze current procurement processes and identify opportunities for AI automation
• Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities

About Our Team

Duration

• Full-time position
• 3-6 Months Converted to Full time role

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation and technical writing abilities
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
• Experience with requirements gathering techniques
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts
• Experience with test case writing and execution
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
