We’re looking for a Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and grow revenue. You’ll identify potential customers, build strong relationships, and close deals to support the growth of our company.
We are a start up in the recycling/manufacturing industry. Experience is not very important here, we are mainly looking for someone who we can train and is open to learning. You would be one of our 1st 5 hires and there is a lot of growth and potential to make more money. Our main goal with this hire is to eventually transition you to have full ownership of sales for one of our product lines.
Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound sales leads. We have a large excess of inbound sales leads that need to be contacted everyday
Follow up on older sales leads
Identify and qualify leads, focusing on businesses that can benefit from our platform.
Negotiate terms and close new accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Outbound sales via phone, email, social media
Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales, ideally in e-commerce, logistics, or packaging is a huge plus.
Self-motivated and organized. You will be given a lot of freedom with limited oversight
Experience with salesforce or other CRM is nice but not needed
