Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Overview:

We're a marketplace startup that is looking for a Lead Developer. You’ll take full ownership of our platforms development, making high-impact decisions with minimal techincal guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our platform using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.
• Architect and implement features across the stack, delivering a high-quality, scalable user experience.
• Ensure best practices in code structure, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with team members to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Work autonomously and make decisions that support the long-term vision and integrity of our platform.
• Oversee outsouced devs if needed

Prefered Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack development with deep knowledge of Next.js or React.js
• Experience developing and scaling online marketplace platforms.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and self-direction.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a big plus

This is a full time in office postion in Austin, TX
M-F 8am-4pm
