We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Photography Coordinator / Editor to join our team in New York.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team of photographers, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand standards.
• Support the sales team in New York by providing expert knowledge and guidance on photography services.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the visual storytelling of our real estate listings.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and development opportunities for photographers to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Manage the scheduling and allocation of photography resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the quality control process, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques, incorporating them into the team's work.
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Recruit, onboard, and train USA shooters.
• Work with the wider team to continuously improve the quality of our products, including photography, videography, aerial photography, etc. This will specifically include rolling out new concepts, techniques, and products to the US shooter team.
• Help drive an increasing focus on social media-optimised content.
• Act as a contact for key clients on the ground and work with key accounts to collect feedback and improve the VistaBee offering.
• During busy times of the year, take a hands-on approach to ensuring shoots are completed and, when necessary, carry out shoots independently.
• Lead shoots for key new accounts.

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in professional photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Lightroom, and other industry-standard software.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and composition.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• This role requires you to be in New York.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate photography.
• Knowledge of video production and editing.
• Familiarity with virtual tour software and technologies.
• Experience with remote team management.
• Sales or business development experience.
