WalkMe is looking for a Legal Counsel to join our legal team and support our rapidly growing SaaS company. What will you actually be doing?
- Draft and negotiate various types of commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, partner agreements, data protection agreements, RFPs and supporting documentation with customers and partners, while ensuring compliance with complex legal matters and mitigating risks.
- Draft and negotiate various types of vendor license and services agreements.
- Provide ongoing legal consultation on matters relating to the company’s day-to-day operations.
- Working closely with the company's management and business teams globally to advise on a wide variety of commercial, regulatory matters while ensuring their compliance.
- Handle various corporate matters related to the Company and its subsidiaries globally.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company technology and provide timely, practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations.
- Take part and contribute to other legal projects as needed.
What should you bring to the table?
- Qualified Israeli lawyer with at least 3 years of relevant legal commercial experience in a commercial/Hi-tech department of a leading law firm or as an in-house legal counsel in a high-tech company.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Significant experience with negotiating and drafting various commercial agreements globally, including SaaS agreements, partner agreements and various license and services agreements with vendors.
- Exceptional negotiation skills - written and oral ability to independently negotiate and draft agreements with strong attention to details.
- Strong organizational skills - ability to manage and support multiple matters and priorities with a sense of ownership and proactivity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Business orientation and can-do approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Team player with a problem-solving can-do attitude. Ability to work flexible hours vis-à-vis different time zones.
