Prompt Engineer

Who we are looking for
Fixer is growing, and we are looking for an experienced and passionate Prompt Engineer to join our team. An excellent opportunity to apply your skills in a startup environment, crafting and optimizing LLM powered agents in a methodological and test-driven approach to drive intelligent systems. Working with a fast-growing group of engineers, you’ll be central in imagining and delivering our platform, leveraging your experience to help quickly deliver a quality product to our customers.

The Role
In your day-to-day, you'll design and fine-tune a swarm of LLM-powered agents that generate relevant HTML content for chat groups. You would be developing the heart of our product. For example:

• Create validation and regression tests to track how well our multi-agent approach is performing
• Tackle the challenges of working with LLMs, like managing hallucinations, limited context windows, and ensuring consistent outputs
• Stay up to date on new models and benchmark their performance to keep us ahead of the curve

Your Tech Stack & Experience
If this sounds like you, you could be our ideal candidate:

• You're excited about the potential of AI to transform industries
• You’ve worked with large language models models at the API level, particularly with prompt optimization, validation, and multi-agent cooperation
• Since Prompt Engineering is a new field, your background can vary, but ideally, you have 3+ years of experience in coding with Python or JavaScript frameworks (like NodeJS and TypeScript)
• You feel comfortable with test-driven development
• You're legally eligible to work in Canada
