As a Senior AI Researcher, specializing in Model Development and Optimization, you will be a cornerstone of our AI research team. Your mission involves taking on a central role in various projects, enhancing machine learning algorithms, and fortifying the robustness and efficiency of our data analysis and GenAI techniques. You'll be instrumental in the development, fine-tuning, and deployment of our models, including data profiling functions and embedding models. Collaborate closely with the Data Science Director and team members in an agile, fast-paced environment to advance the frontiers of data science and model optimization, ultimately contributing to the excellence of our product evolution.

🛠️ You will

• Data Profiler Function Development: Lead the charge in developing the data profiler function, ensuring precise profiling of underlying data in terms of formats, columns, SQL, and statistics. Guide junior team members, establish technical standards, and align the project with our strategic goals.
• Embedding Model Deployment Contribution: Play a vital role in the development and deployment of embedding models, including performing advanced research, selecting suitable techniques, and preparing datasets for training. Optimize models for enhanced performance and scalability.
• LLMs Performance Optimization: Direct efforts to optimize our LLMs for improved performance, focusing on efficient use of memory and hardware. Evaluate existing models, suggest enhancements, and implement optimization strategies.
• Multidimensional Analysis Development Support: Provide sophisticated support in developing the multidimensional analysis endpoint by leading requirement documentation, identifying data sources, and undertaking complex exploratory data analysis. Establish a solid foundation for the project's further development.

• Analytical: Exceptional analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with a profound understanding of data science, machine learning, and statistical principles.
• Technical: Advanced proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and model development. Comprehensive knowledge of machine learning algorithms, especially LLMs and transformers, with expertise in metric spaces and vectorization techniques. Strong SQL skills and experience with data profiling and embedding models.
• Collaborative: Show a strong commitment to research, literature review, and experimentation with guidance.
