At Atlan, we started as a data team ourselves tackling problems like national healthcare and poverty alleviation with data science. (Check out our TEDx talk and case studies.)
The problem: After working on 200+ data projects, we learned how tough it was to scale data teams. Data teams are one of the most interdisciplinary teams ever created. They're made up of analysts, data scientists, engineers, business users β diverse people with their own tooling preferences, skill sets, and "DNA" that need to come together. This leads to collaboration chaos.
We were awoken with crisis calls every second day for the minutest of issues β from troubleshooting why a number on a dashboard was incorrect to difficulties in getting access to the right data set! Atlan started with us building tools to make our own data team more agile.
These tools made our team 6x more agile, helping us take on amazing projects like building India's National Data Platform used by India's Prime Minister. The best part β this was built by an eight-member team, the fastest project of its kind to go live, in a record twelve months instead of the projected three years.

Weβre looking for a Growth Marketing Manager focused on SEO & Organic Growth to join our Growth team and help drive the top of the funnel interest & pipeline.
Your mission π
- Drive growth through organic channels: Lead SEO strategy and execution to increase visibility, traffic and engagement across key audiences in the B2B software space.
- Develop content and optimisation strategies: Design SEO-driven content strategies and on-page optimisations that align with our brand and resonate with technical audiences.
- Conduct data-driven analysis: Analyse organic performance, using insights to refine strategies, improve rankings and drive relevant traffic.
- Test and iterate: Implement ongoing testing across keywords, content formats and optimisations to continually improve organic reach and impact.
- Stay ahead of SEO trends: Keep current with industry changes and best practices to ensure our organic growth strategy is always cutting-edge.
- Collaborate to amplify efforts: Work closely with Product Marketing, Content and Analytics teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and alignment across channels.
What makes you a match for us? π
- Experience in B2B software marketing: You bring in at-least 5 years of experience in marketing, with 3+ years of driving predictable, efficient pipeline growth for B2B software products/companies using SEO.
- Expert in SEO strategy and execution: Proven track record of managing successful SEO strategies, including content development, technical SEO and on-page optimisations.
- Data-driven and analytical: Skilled at using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to analyse performance and make informed decisions.
- Testing mindset: Passionate about experimentation to refine approaches and enhance organic reach.
- Outcome-oriented: Committed to driving measurable growth through organic channels.
