Strategic Account Manager

The Account Management Team @ Pave:

As an Strategic Account Manager, your mission will be to retain and drive revenue by ensuring your customers are maximizing the value from Pave’s product offering. You will do this by setting the vision for your customers and partnering closely with Technical Account Managers on executing on this vision. This will be a highly visible and highly cross functional role - the AM function will partner closely with our Sales, Technical Account Management, Product and Operations teams - to ensure we are driving revenue for Pave.

What You'll Bring:

• 8+ years experience in high-growth environments in account management, business development, or sales, preferably in a fast-moving technology or human resources industry
• A demonstrated track record of driving revenue retention and growth
• A self-starter mentality and deep comfort operating in ambiguity and frequent change, while still delivering results
• Excel at relationship management and strategic thinker who comes armed to internal and external conversations with the right data and analysis to make a convincing argument
• Strong executive presence, with demonstrated ability to influence and earn trust with senior leaders and other stakeholders, ask the right questions, and use sound business judgment internally and externally at large companies, including at the C-suite level
