We are looking for a Founder Associate to join our team!
As Founders Associate, you will work directly with our CEO and founding team to refine and implement initiatives and experiments across the company. You will drive strategic initiatives with a focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) and Operations, fundraising efforts, and other high-priority special projects.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and is excited to work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. 👤 Your Responsibilities
Go-to-Market (GTM) and Operations:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to refine and execute the GTM strategy across key channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth and expand customer acquisition.
- Analyze GTM performance metrics and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Special Projects:
- Lead and support various high-impact projects that may span operations, product, partnerships, fundraising and business development.
- Assist in strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Identify and implement processes to improve operational efficiency across the company.
- Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives that require problem-solving, stakeholder management, and execution.
🛠 Your Skills and Background
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced startup, management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a similar high-growth environment.
- Proven Project Leadership: You have a track record of analyzing, managing, and delivering high-impact projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: You are a quick learner with exceptional analytical skills. You have the ability to break down complex problems to their essential components, and you approach challenges with a meticulous, data-driven mindset.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You possess a curious, self-driven personality with a “hands-on” approach. Your focus is on delivering results with high work ethic, and you maintain a highly professional demeanor with high standards for yourself and your work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You are an active listener and an effective communicator. You thrive in collaborative environments and are confident in engaging with stakeholders, even in high-pressure situations.
