The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring parts are available for supporting production. As we ramp our foundry you will perform a wide range of tasks including purchasing, receiving, material handling, stocking, ERP transactions, packaging, and logistics.
Responsabilities
- Maintain the accuracy and control of material receipts, raw material, and finished goods inventory locations.
- Maintain reorder points, track and receive POs
- Tracks inventory levels, consumption rates, issuance, and purchase orders to maintain supply.
- Sort and arrange shipments to suppliers by handling all aspects of pulling/packing, generating packing lists and logistics internationally
- Assist with uploading parcel counts into Netsuite, validate data
Requirements
- Strong experience in supply chain and fulfillment operations, including international logistics.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, NetSuite, and ERP inventory management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Flexible and detail-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Able to travel as needed (locally).
