Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Co-Founder

We are seeking a visionary Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development of an innovative technology platform focused on creating a comprehensive quantitative health standard for a niche. This role involves building a state-of-the-art system that integrates advanced vision technology, biomechanics, and genetic sequencing to establish precise health metrics. The ideal candidate has a passion for pioneering technology in health sciences, a strong background in machine learning and data integration, and the leadership skills to drive the vision from concept to launch. As CTO, you will collaborate closely with partners, Exponent and The Southwest Research Institution, to ensure our technology leverages the latest advancements and research.

Responsibilities:

• Platform Development: Oversee the end-to-end development of a robust technology platform that captures, analyzes, and interprets health and biomechanical data in real-time.
• Technology Integration: Leverage cutting-edge techniques in genetic sequencing, data modeling, and computer vision to synthesize multiple data streams into a unified health standard.
• Machine Learning & Data Analytics: Design and implement predictive models and algorithms that enhance health metric precision and adaptability, ensuring accuracy across diverse datasets.
• Partnership Collaboration: Work closely with Exponent and The Southwest Research Institution to incorporate the latest biomechanical and genetic research insights, integrating best practices and cutting-edge findings into the platform.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a talented technical team, establishing a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with other co-founders on the long-term technology roadmap and adapt the platform based on emerging technologies and user feedback.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure the platform’s infrastructure is secure, scalable, and compliant with data privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role, ideally in health technology, biomechanics, or data science.
• Expertise in machine learning, computer vision, genetic data integration, and large-scale data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of platform architecture and software engineering best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovation and technical scalability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative spirit and strong communication skills.
