UX Team member (software, research, hard copy)

This is not a cofounder role, its posted as such so the system will let me enter the appropriate salary for low cost offshore countries.

PlateRate is an innovative food tech app in the US.

UX Designer that can ensure software and physical print designs are:

1. User-friendly
2. intuitive
3. beautiful
4. consistent with existing design structures & client brands

Requirements:

1. 5-10 years commensurate
2. High performance

Expectations:

1. You will be aligned with the PlateRate culture, which can be found at platerate.com/careers
2. Ability to build designs for software, including new features
3. Ability to design print advertisements of a wide variety of formats, and on client brand when necessary
4. Ability to do user research to help ensure we are continuously improving our application designs / user experience

Its ok if you don't do all this today, as long as you're open to doing all of it when we work together, and learning.

In addition to a local cash-based salary, you will earn equity in the company probably similar in valuation to your cash salary, making your total compensation 2x typical local salaries, but half of it on a win/win basis (meaning you get paid for the equity compensation once the company has significant success).

Please note that you will be required to use screen tracking software that will monitor your efficiency in this role. As such you will only be paid for time you track where screen monitoring is enabled.
