The Opportunity
As a technical co-founder, you’ll play a central role in bringing the OWNITO vision to life. While our platform is already 50% complete, we’re seeking a dedicated developer to take the lead on completing the build and guiding the project through launch and beyond. This role is ideal for someone excited by the startup journey, driven to build impactful solutions, and motivated by the equity opportunity. In return, you’ll receive up to 30% equity, sharing in the future success of OWNITO as a true partner.

Role Responsibilities
• Complete Platform Development: Finish the remaining 50% of the website, focusing on creating a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate on Product Strategy: Partner with the founder to refine and implement the buying/selling model, including user interface, digital wallets, and payment processing.
• Ownership Management: Develop features for creating and managing ownership , tracking status, and processing transactions.
• Vendor Portal: Complete the vendor-specific interface, enabling product listings, transaction tracking, and inventory management.
• Payment Systems Integration: Develop and integrate a digital wallet feature for OwnitO Coins and facilitate secure payment processing.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Implement scheduling and booking modules to manage shared product usage and availability.

What You Bring
• Full Stack Development Expertise: Proven experience in front-end and back-end development with a robust portfolio.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Passion for building from the ground up and thriving in an equity-based, growth-focused role.
• Ownership Mindset: Ability to lead, troubleshoot, and take full responsibility for the platform’s technical development.
• Proficiency in Relevant Technologies: Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, payment systems, and digital wallets; experience with
Front-End: JavaScript Frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular), HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, UI/UX Design Principles
Back-End: Node.js, Python, PHP, SQL/NoSQL Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), RESTful API, GraphQL, E-commerce
Payment & Wallet Integration: Payment Gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Square), Digital Wallets, Virtual Currency
