Dealpath is seeking an experienced, ABM-focused Growth Marketer to join our dynamic team in New York City. As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will lead and refine our account-based marketing strategy, creating and optimizing campaigns tailored to different customer segments and use cases.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact and help shape the future of growth at Dealpath. You will own the end-to-end customer acquisition strategy focusing on acquiring new customers and driving measurable growth. Scaling growth channels (paid digital, organic, and offline) and implementing SEO strategies that will drive organic traffic, identify key drop-off points and growth opportunities throughout the funnel. Oversee the marketing budget, track KPIs, and ensure efficiency and goal achievement.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you’ll:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ABM strategy in close partnership with Sales and Product teams and own a piece of sales pipeline generation.
- Plan and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns, including paid digital (SEM, paid search, paid social, content syndication, display, and others), webinars, content marketing, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Own Dealpath’s demand generation strategies, developing and managing marketing experiments to optimize performance.
- Refine our Ideal Customer Profile (priority account profile) to drive effective customer targeting, acquisition, and retention.
- Establish and maintain marketing operations fundamentals, including reporting, analytics, email and marketing technology stack optimization.
- By collaborating closely with Product and Sales, you’ll align strategy and serve as a critical liaison between teams.
We’re excited that you have:
- Experience driving high-quality user growth for a startup or for a dynamic company.
- Demonstrated success in developing ABM strategies for Enterprise segments with multiple use cases, and complex buyer groups, and executing high-performing integrated marketing campaigns.
- The ability to connect digital marketing strategies to customer journeys, ideally with experience in content marketing, webinar production, and lifecycle marketing.
- Prior experience managing a sizable demand generation budget, ensuring effective execution to maximize campaign impact, ideally with experience managing and partnering with an external paid marketing agency.
- Strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to measure campaign performance and ROI (CAC, CAC payback, LTV, CPL, ROAS)
- A data driven and highly curious mindset with an appetite to dive into the weeds, seeking connections and key moments in all touchpoints of the customer journey.
- Experience optimizing the revenue funnel and driving conversion efficiency across digital channels, effectively moving customers from awareness through consideration to the conversion stage.
- An entrepreneurial and high-ownership mindset and a bias towards action.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of marketing experience with a focus on account based marketing, demand generation, and growth marketing, preferably at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proficiency with marketing operations tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and targeting and analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Bonus points for prior experience in commercial real estate, though it is not required.

Additional Details:
- The estimated pay range for New York candidates for this position is $180,000 - $200,000 base & eligible for variable compensation of $10,000 - $20,000.
- Your compensation will be based upon several factors including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and the skills assessed in Dealpath's interview process.
- This position is also eligible for Dealpath's equity plan.
