• Lead from the front by taking initiative, setting the pace for your Sales Managers, and coaching your team to consistently exceed performance expectations.
• Own branch sales, relentlessly push for KPI excellence, and ensure optimal showroom inventory management.
• Champion a culture of achievement where your customer service expertise drives your team to surpass targets and deliver outstanding results.
• Constantly push your team forward through active coaching, open communication, and fostering a results-driven environment.
• Be a Change Management Leader to spearhead transformation initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new processes by your team.
• Take charge of scheduling and payroll reporting, ensuring seamless operations that align with performance goals.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute corporate strategies, always with a focus on growth, health and safety, and maximizing results.
• Build and strengthen relationships with trade partners that position the business for long-term success.
• Own store profitability using strategic price and margin management to deliver Business expectations and targets.

• Armed with 8+ years of successful retail sales experience in a management role, positioning you to lead with confidence and drive unparalleled growth.
