• 25+ years of experience together across Engineering, Product, Sales and Marketing in 0-to-1, 1-to-100, 100-to-million setups; one of us is a second-time founder

What are we building?

~15% of a company’s spend today goes towards software ($200B spent in 2023 alone) and this is increasing with AI accelerating innovation. But the way businesses buy software is stuck in the 90s - we’re building something to address this.

Who are we looking for?

• You’re a product-minded engineer, with a keen eye for customer outcomes
• You’re curious yet pragmatic about the cutting edge in Tech; you embrace AI and new tooling
• You’re someone who can ship a simple single-page web app in a day solo
• You have 4+ years of experience in design & development of backend systems using Java (or Go/ Python/ Rust)
• You have sound familiarity and expertise in React and Next.js
• You’ve had solid hands-on experience using AWS (or GCP or Azure) products

What we offer?

• Cash: INR 20 Lakhs to 40L INR
• Equity: 0.25% to 2.5%
• Remote-first environment that respects your peak productivity hours
• Autonomy to make decisive technological choices

Location

• Fully remote with meetings during IST (Indian Standard Time) daytime.
• Expected to travel 2-3 times each quarter to Bengaluru, India for team events.
