Requirements
Recruiting at Constructor
Constructor has grown headcount over 180% in the last two and a half years. We have done so with one recruiter and the help of hiring managers. With a plan to continue hiring at a high rate, we are looking to add additional support to the Recruiting team. This Recruiter would work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to continue to grow our team. We are looking for someone who has 4-5 years of experience in candidate sourcing, candidate screening, and hiring, all with the priority of providing the best candidate and hiring manager experience. This Recruiter would primarily be focused on roles across our Go To Market teams, which include our sales, marketing, account management, and customer success departments. These teams have a presence in North America, APAC, LATAM, and EMEA. We have a very technical product, so experience recruiting for technical ability is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and filtering through candidates
- Organizing interviews and debriefs
- Working with Hiring Managers to understand criteria for roles
- Reviewing and assessing technical capabilities of candidates
- Building pipeline for future roles and anticipating upcoming hiring plans
- Assessing applicant ability to succeed in our environment
- Designing, implementing, or altering processes to improve hiring funnel
Requirements:
- Proactive and flexible attitude
- Flexible working hours and ones that align to the needs of the candidate and process
- Strong retention rates for roles filled
- Experience hiring for roles such as: Account Executives, Account Manager, Solution Engineers, Solutions Architects, Product Marketers, Marketing Managers, Customer Success Managers & other roles across go to market functions in the SaaS space
- Proven success and strong relationships formed with past hiring managers & candidates
- Experience with LinkedIn recruiter
- Comfortability with ATS
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and possess attention to detail
- Comfortability managing candidates and hiring managers in different time zones
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptability & ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
