Role Overview:
As a Product Manager I - Mobile New Customer Experience, you are responsible for the new customer experience in our Housecall Pro mobile app. You must have a a strong, mobile and design-centric background to create intuitive, visually compelling user experiences. You will drive continuous improvement, making iterative updates to streamline complex workflows, reduce friction, and enhance usability across mobile platforms.
You will be a true product owner. You will organize weekly iterations with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define the right backlog, structures, and frameworks to move us rapidly forward. Our agile product team is a tight-knit group of inspiring individuals that deliver excellently crafted mobile and web experiences, quickly shipping new products. You will help guide us along the right path, balancing business and customer needs to achieve world-class results.

What You Do Each Day:
- Think. Identify mobile app experiences for new Housecall Pro users.
- Explore. Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders (Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Strategy, and Operations) to develop and validate compelling solutions for mobile user needs.
- Plan. Effectively plan how to go from mobile app idea to delivered product and communicate that plan to others.
- Build. Drive the execution of mobile features and functionality, maintaining momentum alongside stakeholders.
- Launch & Learn. Pull together everything needed to effectively launch, measure, learn, and iterate quickly to improve the mobile product and its performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong preference for work experience at a design-centric mobile app company.
- Bonus: Provide a link to your portfolio.
- 2+ years of experience in mobile product management.
- Deep knowledge of mobile app development and trends to build, refine, and iterate mobile-first features that enhance user engagement and drive growth.

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $96,000-$120,000 + Equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
