About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager at Tezza, you'll craft captivating product stories that highlight the unique value of our app. You’ll take community insights and turn them into impactful product and marketing strategies that inspire creators to embrace our tools. From defining value propositions to driving the adoption of new features, your work will directly support our mission of empowering people to bring their artistic visions to life.
Your Day-to-Day
- Collaborate with the product team to define and communicate the value of new and enhanced features to both current and prospective users.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote app features, utilizing in-app messaging and cross-channel efforts across push, SMS, and email.
- Implement user segmentation strategies by analyzing behavior, demographics, and engagement patterns to create detailed personas and target specific user groups.
- Assess and analyze our current user base and prospective markets to inform future product and marketing decisions.
- Craft product messaging that resonates with our creative audience and is perfectly aligned with Tezza’s brand voice.
- Track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, continuously optimizing based on data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and execute retention strategies, including personalized campaigns, loyalty programs, and feature adoption efforts, to boost engagement and reduce churn.
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activities to help position Tezza as a leader in the creative space.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role, ideally within a mobile app or tech company.
- Strong knowledge of user segmentation, data analysis, and growth strategies.
- Proven experience developing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including in-app, push, email, and SMS.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for crafting clear, compelling product messages.
- Hands-on experience with integrated customer engagement platforms like Braze, OneSignal, Iterable, or similar tools.
- A passion for creativity and a desire to empower users through innovative, artist-driven products.
Nice to Have
- Experience with design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working on subscription-based products
- A personal passion for photography and/or content creation.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000
The actual compensation offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and location.
