About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Product Ops - Credit Card (Service Delivery Team) - Acceptance to join our team.

The responsibilities covering:

  • Address and resolve inquiries related to credit card payments in a timely manner.
  • Generate and maintain detailed reports on transaction performance, customer complaints and periodical reports.
  • Document all customer interactions and case resolutions in the system.
  • Ensure all credit card transactions comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating risks associated with credit card payments.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of improved payment processes and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to enhance the payment gateway's functionality.
  • Work closely with other service delivery teams to ensure seamless processing of credit card payments.
  • Communicate effectively with banks, card issuers, and other financial institutions to resolve issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in credit card payments.
  • Share knowledge & best practices with team members through training sessions & meetings.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the payments, financial services or banking industry.
  • Experience with credit card payment processing/or and fraud detection is highly desirable.
  • In-depth understanding of credit card processing workflows and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualification

  • Proficiency with payment processing systems and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of transaction data.
  • Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve payment issues efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail to identify discrepancies and potential fraud.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
  • Effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
