Job Purpose
As a Sales Operations Analyst at SuperMoney, you will support our sales operations by optimizing workflows, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting insights to stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for ensuring data integrity, managing CRM processes, and assisting the sales team in planning and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Onboarding Process: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding of new advertisers and partners, working with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure new campaigns are seamlessly integrated into SuperMoney’s systems.
- Monitor and Reconcile Conversions: Track, prepare, and verify conversion data to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- CRM Management: Maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity and optimizing workflows, reporting, and automation.
- Sales Analytics: Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and sales trends.
- Sales Team Support: Assist sales teams with custom opportunities, planning, and operational tasks, and facilitate sales forecasting.
- Data Management: Apply data cleansing techniques and develop new acquisition methods to ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders for data analysis and business needs, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Provide technical troubleshooting and quality assurance for internal sales tools and platforms.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize sales and operational efficiency.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Required Skills:
- Sales analytics and data reporting
- Strong attention to detail, communication and problem-solving abilities
- Intermediate MS Excel
- Desired Skills:
- 1-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales Support
- Proficiency with MySQL and Tableau
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency improvements
- Experience with CRM management (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience working cross-functionally
- Project management skills
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $45,000 - $75,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package & unlimited vacation time (Santa Ana, CA office only)
