The Role
What’s harder than B2B marketing? SME (small&medium enterprise) marketing maybe? What’s harder than marketing to SMEs? Marketing to SMEs in Central & Eastern Europe certainly is a candidate for an uphill battle in a marketer’s career. If this didn’t scare you away, if you think what Hubspot, Square or Xero did isn’t rocket science, read on.
Being our first marketing hire, this role will have broad responsibilities and extensive room for growth. This person will have a sizeable marketing budget and flexibility on how to deploy it. This role will be incredibly exciting to someone who loves the feeling of freedom, trust and empowerment that comes from working in a startup. The role is not suited to those who prefer corporate bureaucracy and the comfort blanket of layers of approval. The role is well-suited to a ‘full-stack marketer’, given the requirement to be both strategic and operational; the multi-channel focus; the need for both brand and product marketing; and the requirement for measurement and refinement.
Key duties include:
· Build the company marketing strategy for our expansion in Europe.
· Own the marketing budget.
· Lead the development, design and implementation of marketing campaigns. Those marketing campaigns will be both for performance marketing activities and to generate leads for our sales team. Those campaigns can be in any channel(s) that you feel are most appropriate to achieving the marketing strategy.
· Increase engagement with our existing client base.
· Creating and writing compelling marketing and promotional material.
· Manage our various agencies across multiple countries.
· Regularly report on our marketing activity, including CAC measurements.
· Work closely with the management team and the sales team.

Requirements
Must haves:
3-5 years of B2B and content marketing experience
Experience building full-funnel B2B marketing plans tailoring the right message to the right audience
Experience in building and executing content marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Experience in sales lead pipeline and CRM management tools
Motivated, self-starter who wants to grow and succeed (both personally and as a company).
Nice to haves:
An analytical mind, able to make data-driven decisions quickly and accurately.
Good understanding of online advertising.
Can present to, and build relationships with, senior-level counterparts.
Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Tag Manager.
