QA Lead

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance process for Set Top Box testing at our client site in Chattarpur, Delhi. The QA Lead will be responsible for leading a team of testers, defining test strategies, and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Location: Chattarpur, Delhi

Experience: 6-8 Years

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of manual testers focused on Set Top Box testing.
• Define and implement the overall test strategy, plans, and objectives.
• Coordinate with product management, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure all testing requirements are met.
• Oversee the execution of test cases and scripts, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all features and functionality.
• Track and report on test progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation of test plans, cases, and results.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Manage defect triaging and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Set Top Box testing, with a deep understanding of relevant technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Experience in developing and executing test strategies and plans.
• Proficiency with test management tools and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
