About the Role
We are in search of a Senior QA Analyst - III to amplify the effectiveness of our dynamic products.
In this pivotal role, you'll transition from individual manual and automation testing tasks to a leadership horizon. You’ll be overseeing the QA realm ensuring that the software and website functionality is nothing short of excellent. The collaboration will be your daily rhythm, working closely with the Engineering Manager and steering your team of Senior QA Analysts - I & II toward success.
Your mandate involves more than just identifying issues; it's about leading a proactive team, strategizing and innovating within the testing sphere, and contributing significantly to the product's journey from development to deployment.

Job Responsibilities
The Senior QA Analyst - III will be responsible for:
- Reviewing feature requirements and providing feedback
- Responsible for creating test plans and strategy
- Reviewing and re-evaluating the test strategy to adjust for new information, changing risks, shifting priorities, and schedules
- Overseeing testing of software features, quality review of various applications
- Overseeing the implementation and execution of functional, regression, automation, performance, and acceptance tests
- Assisting in test environment setup/teardown, test automation, and exploratory testing
- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation
- Leading/mentoring the Test Engineers and sharing knowledge to ensure that the QA staff meets the technical qualifications required for their positions
- Assisting in coaching junior staff, by helping them to make decisions, solving problems, managing meetings and set goals, providing feedback on testing-related tasks, delegating, and assigning testing responsibilities
- Performing code reviews, architecture reviews, and enforcing good coding practice and development methodologies
- Assisting in formulating QA standards and best practices, organizational policies and processes, and strategic plans
- Assisting the management in setting the direction for quality assurance within the organization
- Assisting in recruiting new team members, conducting interviews, and evaluating potential candidates
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the position, you must have the following:
- (Required) Graduation in B.Tech/B.E. in CS, IT, or BCA + MCA from a reputed institution with a minimum of 65% or 7 CGPA
- (Required) Between 5 - 7 years of experience in testing various applications, services (including APIs), and user interfaces
- (Required) Experience in test automation and creating repeatable, maintainable, automated test suites and in automation testing frameworks like Cypress, Selenium, etc.
- (Required) Proficiency in any one high-level programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, etc)
- (Required) Experience in performance testing frameworks like Locust, JMeter, etc.
- (Required) Experience in managing a team of QA Engineers
- (Required) Experience in communicating with developers
- (Required) Understanding of test-driven development
- (Required) Understanding of Agile processes, software development lifecycle, and best practices
- (Required) Understanding of user interface design and testing methods related to UI/UX
- (Required) Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices & methodologies
- (Required) Familiarity with various defect management systems
- (Required) Knowledge of computer science topics such as Database, Networking, Operating Systems, etc.
- (Good-to-have) Search engine optimization (SEO) concepts and their testing
