Manual Tester (Set Top Box Testing)

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Manual Testers with a strong background in Set Top Box (STB) testing to join our team at the client site in Chattarpur, Delhi. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience testing the functionality, performance, and reliability of Set Top Boxes and related systems.

Location: Chattarpur, Delhi

Experience: 2-4 Years

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of Set Top Box features, functionality, and performance.
• Execute test cases and scripts based on technical specifications.
• Identify, report, and track software bugs using bug tracking tools.
• Work closely with development and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with testing standards and protocols.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the overall quality of the product.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in manual testing with a focus on Set Top Box testing.
• Strong understanding of Set Top Box technologies, features, and operations.
• Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
